Shipping & Delivery
Thank you for choosing OVELLA! We're committed to getting your hormone-balancing supplements to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time (1-3 business days). Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
You can track your order anytime by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Contacting us at support@ovella.com with your order number
International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside the United States, please note:
- Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's import regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- OVELLA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
- All packages are marked with accurate content descriptions as required by international shipping regulations.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand only.
We are unable to ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for express shipping only)
- APO/FPO addresses
- Countries not listed above
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@ovella.com
- Include your order number and a description (or photos) of the issue
- Our team will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the situation
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you
Delivery Issues
What if my tracking shows "delivered" but I haven't received my package?
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look for a delivery notice or check secure locations around your property
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- If still not found after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help resolve the issue
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at support@ovella.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address, and re-shipping fees may apply.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November–December), shipping times may be extended by 3-5 additional business days. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
